The Ministry is looking for volunteers for Immanuel Lutheran in Barlett's Annual Dress Sale! Please Join Us. The proceeds go to benefit Chicago Uptown Ministry, Walter High School, and Voice of Hope. If you would like to gather a group from your church, your women's or men's group, your bible study, or your friends and family to come down on either Friday April 13th or Saturday April 14th, please contact our Development Director, Shawna Tuttle, by replying to this email or by calling 773.271.3760.  The event will require up to 40 volunteers! Please join us!

Dress Sale Fundraiser

Details! The sale day is Saturday April 14th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. There are two selling shifts and one take down shift.
Set up: 2:30 to 5:00 pm
Shift one: 8:00 to 11:30 am
Shift two: 11:30 to 3:00 pm
Cleanup: 3:00 to 5:00 pm
 
The sale set up is Friday April 13th from 2:300 to 5:00 pm. All dresses are already on hangers, so they have to be arranged on the racks which the school provides.
 
Ten persons are the minimum needed for each shift. The Ministry will be sharing the labor efforts with Walter H.S. and Voice of Hope. The event will need at least 40 people. We're looking for volunteers to be willing to take on either one shift Friday, one or several shifts on Saturday or both.
